This series of Zener Diodes are packaged in a surface mount SOD−523 package. They are designed to provide precise voltage regulation, and are especially attractive in situations where space is at a premium. They are well suited for applications such as cellular phones, hand held portables, and other high density PC boards. The series is also available as Automotive Qualified.
