The DIA20721 device is an low power, high precision CMOS operational amplifier for automotive applications. It provides rail-to-rail input and output operation from a range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V at both single-supply and split-supply operation. This amplifier operates at single power supply and offers 10 MHz bandwidth, slew rate of 6.5 V/µs and only 620 µA of quiescent current per channel. The DIA20721 offer low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV and low input offset voltage drift of 5 µV/°C. The DIA20721 is available in standard package SOT23-5.
