The TMI97151 DC-DC converter supports forward  and flyback applications. It integrates a 150V  power tube and has a maximum output power of  13W. In addition, TMI97151 can also be used to  design BOOST or SEPIC applications. TMI97151 adopts fixed frequency PWM modulation, peak  current mode control structure, integrated internal  soft start, and overcurrent protection, overvoltage  protection, short circuit protection, support  protection automatic retry. When outputting zero  load, TMI97151 keeps the output voltage constant  by skipping cycles. When using optocoupler  feedback isolation scheme, the internal error  amplifier can be set to bypass mode. TMI97151 adopts compact ESOP8 package, has good heat  dissipation capacity, and is especially suitable for  DC voltage conversion of POE power supply  system.
