The TMI6411-XXTB is an ultra-low supply current  voltage LDO regulator with 200mA output current  and 36V wild input voltage. This device consists of  an output short-circuit protection circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit, and a thermal shutdown  circuit in addition to the basic regulator circuits.  The TMI6411-XXTB is designed to work with lowESR ceramic capacitors, reducing the amount of  the PCB area necessary for power applications.  Only a 1μF ceramic output capacitor can make the  device stable over the whole load range current  (0mA to 200mA).  TMI6411-XXTB is an internal fixed output voltage,  which can provide a LDO regulator with an output  voltage range of 1.8V~5V, and its output voltage  accuracy can reach ±0.6%. The TMI6411-XXTB is  offered in SOT89-5 packages.
